GMAT + Entrevista de fit de 15min + 2 entrevistas com case no 1o round (associate e manager) + 2 entrevistas com case no round final (director e partner). Nível de dificuldade progressivo entre os rounds, round final cases sao menos estruturados e mais diretos
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

tell me about yourself, why consulting and the case question
Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?

Interview
Vorstellungstag im Zürich Office mit 5 Interviews. Morgens 3 Interviews (2 Cases + 1 HR Interview). Danach geht es zum Mittagessen, woraufhin man bei der Rückrunde erfährt ob man in die zweite Runde am Nachmittag kommt. In der zweiten Runde gib es dann wieder 2 Case Studies.
