1 interview with HR
4-5 case interviews with people from different levels, starting from an associate consulting and ending with a Partner.
Everything was pretty smooth, but for the Middle East offices I would get scheduled on interviews the day before, and even the day of, which is crazy considering the amount of prep you're expected to have to perform well in cases. It wasn't an issue for me as I had prepped in the past

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Sydney) in Mar 2026
Interview
First, we are given an AI interview with questions to answer on video. They only give 45 s to answer questions. Then there was a face-to-face interview, where it is 2 x 45 mins, where it is the same thing with 2 different people on seperate occasions.
First you take an online assessment. There are two rounds. First is one hour: half case, half behavioral. The first round is with younger analysts. Everyone was nice and supportive, also was on zoom.
2 rounds
R1: 30 min case 30 min behavioral. Case and behavioral weren’t difficult and seemed more like a vibe check.
R2: 2 x 30 min cases and 30 min behavioral (this interview was with much mkre Senior leadership)
