did an on-campus interview for 30 minutes with two interviewers, then was interviewed on-site in chicago office for the whole day. it was mostly behavioral-- was taken to lunch and talked to about 14-17 different employees ranging from analysts to partners. was given a 45 min data exercise and 45 min case as well.

Interview
1. Had an interview with the hiring manager and senior associate
This interview is covering the CV, your experience and some technical questions like what is IFRS17 and different kinds of options
2. Had a case study interview
They brought us a case and we had to walk through the results
3. Had an interview with the MD of the Actuarial Team
This is talking about how I aligned with the Actuarial team
First introductory phone call was more challenging than most other phone calls I had with other companies. Asked conceptual questions about mortgage rates. The questions about personality and background were typical interview questions but the conceptual actuarial questions were difficult and they didn’t provide much feedback to your answers to explain if you were right or wrong and why.
