CV and cover letter screening (no aptitude test) 2. 1st round interviews - 2 x 30 minute case studies - Most interviewees in my group were given 1 associate/consultant/manager for one interview and a partner for the other - More conversation-based case, both on financial services 3. 2nd round interviews - 1 x 30 minute 1:1 case study (market sizing) - 1 x 30 minute 2:1 panel CV interview (why consulting, why OW, asked about specific things on CV) - 1 x 60 minute 2:1 panel case study - given 20 minutes to read a case, no exhibits or slides, just asked to structure approach to case. 10 minutes to present answer and 30 minutes for questions where they give more specific info on the case to do calculations etc Interview process done within 2 weeks. Let you know very quickly (few days) if you make it through/ get the offer.

First, we are given an AI interview with questions to answer on video. They only give 45 s to answer questions. Then there was a face-to-face interview, where it is 2 x 45 mins, where it is the same thing with 2 different people on seperate occasions.
