the interview arrangement is very lengthy and un-oragnized. After the first screening interview, then contacted me 2 months later for the next round.
As far as the 2 project managers I met, they asked me very offensive questions. They were not in a good mood I guess. They even vented their negative emotion to me. I guess becasue their client vented to them like that.
So far the 2 engagement managers I met in China offices, I don't want to work with them. I don't want to be them after 2 years I joined the firm.
The managing partner behaved quite uninterested from the start of the call; she was late and kept pressing me on time. It was clear to me from the start she did not want to hire me. The experience with the other interviewers was good.
Case interview two rounds no industry specs but very thoughtful questions. Had to sell self as client facing. Overall good process I’d say, designed to get people who can succeed
