Two half-hour interviews at the London office. They invite a group of candidates to come at the same time, so there are several (10+) rooms of interviews happening at the same time. You are paired with one other candidate to be interviewed by two OW consultants: you do a CV interview with one and a case study interview with the other (you swap rooms with the other candidate after half an hour). The CV interview was very pleasant: got asked the usual competency questions and the consultant interviewing me was warm and engaging. The case interview didn't feel very comfortable for me because the consultant kept beginning the questions with "if/hypothetically" and it made it harder to grasp exactly where he was going with the case. There were no data sheets or written information. Unsurprisingly, I didn't get through to the next round.
The thing I found most disappointing about my experience with OW was the feedback process. Despite them promptly sending out a form to register a date and time to receive a phone call, I did not receive a call at my scheduled time (no missed calls either). I then emailed the recruitment team to ask if there had been a mistake. They did not reply for two weeks. And when they finally did, they did not acknowledge nor apologise for the failure to call me when scheduled nor the delay in responding. The recruiter then scheduled a call with me two days later and on said day, phoned me an hour later than agreed. The phone call was then less than three minutes long, and the contents could have easily been written in an email.
Overall their application process was OK. However, their feedback process was extremely disappointing and definitely needs to have better quality assurance. The poor punctuality speaks of lack of professionalism, and makes candidates feel unvalued.

Lots of technical issues on their side . Very unreal expectations of what was needed for the interview as prep. Only 2 days to prep and they wanted us to know very detailed things about the company even though their website wasn't working
