First phone with recruiter followed by call with hiring manager. After those screenings, they brought me in two separate times for in-person 30-minute 'squad' interviews.
Each lasted about 2.5 hours with multiple people ancillary or key to the role.
After the 2nd interview and follow-up, the firm GHOSTED me. The recruiter or hiring manager never followed-up, even to say 'thanks, but not a fit.'
It was clear from interviews that those managing the role were not in alignment with other team members about the best qualifications. Later, the title of the role was changed and re-posted multiple times.
I was surprised and disappointed that this caliber of a consulting firm would ghost candidates.
