Applied online for Dubai Office, OW Dubai organized a recruitment event in Paris, I was invited to the event and the interviews. There where 2 intervies (with senior consultants) and 2 with partners if you passed the first round.

what is the portion of land that is in the Southern Emisphere of the Globe
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

Interview
Pre-selection with one mini-case/brain teaser of 30 min. Overall, the case was testing both numerical reasoning and logics I would say. If you prepare the mini cases correctly you can pass.
Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?
