Interview with two Oliver Wyman employees - one was a principal and the other was an associate. Both were very friendly and made you feel at ease. There were two back-to-back 30 minute interviews. One was generic behavioural questions, and the other was a case. The case was a standard 'what is the reason for decreased sales' question.

What is an example of when you used verbal communication skills to persuade someone to change their mind?
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?

Vorstellungstag im Zürich Office mit 5 Interviews. Morgens 3 Interviews (2 Cases + 1 HR Interview). Danach geht es zum Mittagessen, woraufhin man bei der Rückrunde erfährt ob man in die zweite Runde am Nachmittag kommt. In der zweiten Runde gib es dann wieder 2 Case Studies.
