After meeting the director, the company told me they would notify me my results in a week and they did not. I followed up to ask about my job application and was told they would contact me two weeks later - they did not. I did not bother to follow up yet again and have accepted another job offer instead. Though in a logical view, considering it is a relatively small company, having gone through three rounds of interview and including meeting the director, you would have a feeling that you are one of the final candidates and thus, even if you did not receive the job offer you would still expect a response (success or fail) from the company.
