Interview
Really lovely interview experience.
Had a telephone interview first for approximately 40 mins, really chatty interview and felt relaxed.
Was then invited by email to a face to face interview (lasting about an hour) which made me want to work for OB even more than I did before! General customer service questions, some with a twist. Didn’t feel difficult as it felt very natural and fun. Did an activity on the shop floor finding items for a customer within a specific budget. Then spent time on the floor chatting and getting to know the team a bit and interacting with customers. Really enjoyed it and felt like I could be myself.

Interview
Good experience. Initial telephone screening and then a 2nd stage group interview. I liked the group interview style - it was great to meet other potential team members and learn more about the company, while using some interesting activities and tasks to demonstrate your abilities
