Initial Phone Screen by HR, Coding Challenge, Technical Interview by Director and then Manager.
1. Phone Screen by HR to make sure you are eligible and discuss salary requirements etc.
2. Coding challenge involved 9 questions where 5 are MCQ and 4 coding questions ranging from easy to hard
3. Interview with the Director of the division you are being interviewed for - this involves some technical and behavioral questions
4. Interview with a Manager - go through your questions from the coding challenge and also projects on your resume etc..
Overall, I liked the Interview process, and really appreciate Alex from the HR team for being responsive and answering all questions to the point. He is one of the best recruiters that I spoke to in recent times. Very responsive and made sure all my concerns/queries are taken care of. Appreciate the great work from the Olive HR team :)
