Olds College interview questions

Onsite interview with IT manager and a tech. Discussed my background and their present IT environment. Highly knowledgeable of their own systems and asked very good questions for related experience.

it was based on my previous work experiences, how I handle customer complaints, negative feedback, if I would be willing to work late nights, without supervision, the base salary,etc.It took around 25minutes and it was fun.The 2 interviewers were really nice and amazing, knew what they were looking for and knowing that I was going to work with them made it easy for me.
