I've had 2 experiences with 3 years difference. The first was with a very old style HR Manager, that was focused only on the fact that I'm a woman, from the south of Italy, and graduates in the south. After this interview I told to external agency that I refuse to work for such kind of people. Then this year after 3 years, the external gency contacted me again, because they change the HR manager. The current one is a open-minded person, even the line manager. The process was in 2 interviews, one with the external agency. Then with the line manager and the HR manager. Still now, after 2 months, I'm waiting for the answer.
