The whole process was an initial contact by an in-house recruiter, multiple phone calls with him, 3 phone interviews with HR and department managers, and an IQ / personality survey.

Generic questions about work history and systems experience. Recruiter ghosted me without any feedback. Tried following up through several means. I ultimately decided that this is not the kind of company I want to invest my career in.
