I have never had a more unprofessional experience interviewing for a company than here. The phone interview was fine but I realized the company was bad at the second interview. Was walked into an almost empty office with all the lights off and not offered anything to drink. Not a big deal. Was advanced to third and final interview at HQ. Met with an executive who forced a smile, didn't have a copy of my resume, and had no questions prepared. They hadn't even read my resume before the interview. Waited two weeks to hear back from the company and received nothing but the automatic email decline. I would have appreciated a personal outreach from HR via email or phone since I did three interviews an spent hours preparing. The culture of this company appears to be outdated, corporate, and misleading. After interviewing with other companies it was apparent how poor of a process is established at this company.
