Interview
It was quite extensive. The interviewing manager mainly looked for passion and motivation. I sat in the interview for almost two hours, mainly because her and I just started chit chatting. Old Navy is definitely a different environment.

The interview process wasn't difficult because I was a current employee and I was working on my Master's degree. They asked behavioral questions and told me their expectations. I was offered the job and started training as a manager.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Tomball, TX)
Interview
A little hectic but nothing too tough. Had to interview with two different General Managers. I applied for an assistant manager position. I received the interview by walking in and speaking with the GM of the store I was applying for.

Interview
It was very quick and easy. Took probably 15 minutes top. I had already spoken to my GM and knew the GM who would be interviewing me already. The questions were very simple. This position is an entry level management. So there's not much to do as long as your GM thinks your a good fit for it.
