Online application and week later got a call to set up a day and time for a quick phone interview. The interview was short 6-10 minutes. Only a few questions were asked. You can find most of their question online btw.

What was a challenge you've faced and how did you over it.
It was a group interview in a conversation setting. Random questions about our favorites and what we do outside of work. Was very easy. If you weren’t outgoing, probably were not hired at this specific location.

Interview
The interview process was very easy and fast interview with the hiring manager. The process lasted less than 15 minutes and I was hired within the week. I would highly recommend applying and interviewing with this company as it seems it is easy to get a job here. I was ushered into a backroom and the manager asked questions from a printed sheet.
