Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

Question 1
They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
It was a group interview where they asked questions and asked us to put an outfit together from clothes at the store. It was interactive and fun. Low pressure and seemed to be more personality based than experience based.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
