I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Midland, TX) in Jun 2020
Interview
The interview was over the phone since the pandemic and she asked a lot of questions about me and not work experience which I appreciated a lot. Orientation was fun and helpful, the manager seemed really nice. We laughed a lot and got to know other people in the orientation group. A lot has changed since of the pandemic going around right now. But overall a good experience.
