The interview process was in a group setting. They ask each one of us the same question and waited for our answers. We also did a clothing presentation of the outfits that we were asked to pick out before the beginning of the interview.

Interview
The GM of the store reached out to me first and then a follow up with the stores HR manager and set up a time for an in person interview. It lasted close to two hours and it was a very detailed conversation about my past work experiences, what I liked and what I had learned, my coaching style and where I wanted to go career wise and then it the GM explained all the duties and expectations of the role and we talked through situational scenarios and then we had about 20-30 minutes at the end where we discussed the perks of the company as far as benefits and future endeavors the company was planning. The GM gave me her testimony as to why she loved her job and we agreed together this was a place I wanted to be. She thanked me for my time and said she would get back with me later that day. She called in the evening and had a full offer with pay, benefits and start day requests/requirements. I did not have to interview with the DM or partnering GM which was slightly surprising but I can see now that GMs are such high level leaders that their talent acquisitions are accepted at face value with no further interviewing.

They were very friendly didn't make me wait a long time before being taken to the back. We sat down at a table and started out with friendly conversation. They actually took the time to get to know me.
