I came in and they asked me to pick out an outfit and where would you wear the outfit to. We then had a group interview with the store manager and hiring manager. Afterwards they said they would contact us if we were hired. I actually had to contact them and they said I was hired.

They don’t do one on one interviews. Rather, they ask you to come for group interview where you get to answer the questions asked and discuss it with the other people who are interviewing as well.
