I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Olé Mexican Foods (Lafayette, LA)
Interview
There was 3 different interviews, meeting with managers at different levels. Lengthy decision making process. All of the interviews went well and I was expecting an offer. However, someone on upper management that I didn’t even interview with decided not to choose me for the position. I have over 20 years of documented sales and management success. Upper management seems to be unorganized and lacks a definitive focus on the goals and vision for this state.

Question 1
Why would you be an asset to their company or position?
I interviewed at Olé Mexican Foods (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
Initial phone call, then an in person interview at the warehouse in Charlotte. Both are easy and informative. Standard questions. Interviewer was very chill and easy going. I was hired on the spot.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Olé Mexican Foods (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2022
Interview
Video Phone Interview and an on-site interview. Initial interview was with the Hiring Mgr. the on-site interview was a panel interview with several people including senior mgmt. Both were pleasant enough and a rather stress-free candid environment.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Some questions were rather inappropriate simply because as an external candidate one has very little knowledge of the organization's structure or operations.
The Sr. Mgr arrived late & asked only one question. I felt this person had a prejudicial opinion.
