Interview
The process started with 2 one on one interviews and ended with a panel interview consisting of the direct hiring manager, peer of that manager and the VP of sales. Where you presented your sales plan.

You were required to build a sales plan around process, people etc
Five interview rounds. Recruiter, The Hiring Manager, Head of HR, Another Sales Director for a different segment and the Ireland country leader. Each round was a 1:1 interview. Mostly remote but the Dublin interview was on site. The recruiter was very professional and always clear on next steps. The process took about 3 months in total.

Interview
Odd and needs rework. Had several different recruiters reach out proactively which seemed fine. When I finally agreed to speak with one the entire interaction fell completely flat. Other than "trust me it's a great opportunity" they couldn't describe much; and seemed very put off by reasonable questions. Would not even provide a compensation range. Good tenacity prospecting for candidates, terrible display of culture during the first call. I understandably declined further conversations for a company with an awesome product that I was excited to learn more about.
