Initial Phone interview with Director and head of Human Resources, Second Interview with the Assistant Vice President for the University, and the Assistant Director of the Student Union. Round table interview with all of the Managers, one at a time and then all at once. Computer Competency test. Tour of the facilities. Whole process lasted 10 hours.
