General interview with HR about my experiences and education. Then a meeting with the Principal Investigator and team. I also had opportunity to speak with lab members about their specific projects during lunch. It was offered by them at the cafeteria.

I initially interviewed with HR on the phone and in person. I then proceeded to interview with the PI for the lab in which I had applied. They were all very kind and the facilities are lovely.
