Interview
Really smooth and well laid out interview, with a good balance of technical and team-building type interviews. The interviewers were extremely nice and open to share about their experiences with the company and what I could look forward to as I consider the company.
Online Assessment contains basic computer science knowledge and coding problems -> Two rounds of interview, where the first is a technical interview with an engineer, and the second is a tech/behavioral interview with the hiring manager.

Interview
The interviewer ghosted me twice in a row for our scheduled meetings. Then, I received a "no" with the reason being they're looking for a backend engineer... which is exactly what I am and what my entire experience is based on. This made absolutely no sense and seemed like they didn't even actually listen to anything I said in the interview. This was just overall frustrating because I spent time researching this company and moved around my schedule 3 times for an interview where only 1/3 the interviewer actually showed up. The recruiting process just seems sketchy and elitist where your time is definitely not valued nor respected.
