Shady business. Interviewee beware. Could see them facing legal troubles in the near future. No solid business model or strategy. Just do it faster and cheaper than the other guys despite the consequences.

Basic questions - go through your job history, explain how you would be a good fit, etc.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oilgear (Norfolk, NE)
Interview
Meet them at the university career fair and they told me to apply online for the position. They also took my resume during the career fair as well. They said they would contact candidates for an onsite interview in a few weeks. Two weeks later I got invited for an onsite interview. The onsite interview was 2 hours long ( 1 hour was panel interview and 1 hour was plant tour). The panel interview was basic questions about resume, intrdocued myself and my experiences, they had a few questions about my resume and asked me to elaborate on some projects. They also spent some time answering my questions and talking more about the position as well. They told me they would get back to me within a week. Got an offer the week after interview. Declined the offer as I had better offers.
