Interview process was lengthy with multiple individual interviews over a few weeks, prior to on on-site interview. The questions were very open ended with an apparent expectation to turn those into an extremely detailed response. Little mid-interview feedback. I have rated this as difficult due to these circumstances.

Tell me about a project that went totally wrong and how did you overcome it.
Had a three interviews total - first interviewed by the recruiter, then separately interviewed by the department manager and executive. All questions were related to skillset, decision-making, and past experiences.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oil-Dri in May 2022
Interview
Interviewer was a little dull, didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Basic questions like why do you want to work for us, what is a challenge you overcame, go through resume etc etc
