Interview
Very casual - no technical test. Just a chat, nice office, interviewers were friendly and nice. Overall easy and not hard at all. However when you get into the job, then you are in for a rude awakening
I went through two rounds of the interview and were both smooth and pleasant. The questions they asked are relatively straight forward, both accounting standards and business process related questions.

1 round of get to know the candidate introduction with the hiring manager, career development plans around 40 minutes, career history, and HR offer the following week after. There was no pay negotiation.
