I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ogden Golf & Country Club (Ogden, UT) in Jan 2013
Interview
Emailed resume and approximately one week later I received a call from the President of the Club. The process went like this:
1st Phone interview by President
2nd Person to person with a board Member
3rd Panel President, Vice President and Treasurer
Country Clubs are very political and you MUST have 3/4 of the Board on your side. Most board members fear the President and will back the president before they make a fuss. There are times when a rogue board member will truly speak their mind.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
In the 3rd interview the panel explained about a "Sacred Cow" who the panel thought needed to be let go ASAP. They asked if I was capable to make it happen.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ogden Golf & Country Club (Ogden, UT) in Jun 2013
Interview
First step is with one of two leads, wherein you're asked about your service industry experience. Second is with clubhouse manager, where he aims to see if you'll be a fit as well. I went in on a weekday afternoon, filled out the application and submitted my resume, was then interviewed by each, and told I'd get a call back, which I never did.
