Interview
The initial stages were excellent, responsive and fast paced. After the second round interview (which went really well) I was completely ghosted and they re-posted the role with a slight name change. Upsetting, I had very high hopes for the company.
Multi-stage, with a focus on culture and fit for things like organisation, ability to be a team player, learning fast while on the job. Some technical questions followed in later stages.
