Ofgem interview questions

As part of the interview, I was shown a dashboard and asked to evaluate it from a business intelligence perspective, identifying areas for improvement in terms of usability, visualization, KPI presentation, and overall effectiveness in supporting decision-making.

1. Sometimes it’s not easy to get priorities done. Can you tell me a time my priorities exceeded my ability to meet a demand and what did you do 2. Can you describe a time you had to analyse a lot of complex information and how did you go about it and how did you make sure the information was correct 3. Tell me about a time you took an opportunity to learn how to do my job in a project and what did I gain from the experience 4. Can you describe a time when you worked with other individuals to achieve a successful outcome, what was your specific role and what outcome did you take to contribute to the result.
