I had a phone then a 1hr Zoom interview, as well as communicated over email, then RADIO SILENCE, NOTHING...even when I sent a follow up email over a month later. Very unprofessional for such a large company. If they are like this in the hiring stages I doubt the communication channels are much better actually working there.
