This process was very easy and seemed to verify I could interact with people. It was in the furniture section of the store and was with the store manager at the time.

Interview
Brief Ass't Mgr one on one then by the Store mgr for another one on one. Then the offer was made for $ 8.25 per hour no negotiating. The hours issued were based on politics and sales quotas for pushing warranties. No benefits for p/t. Work culture was typical retail mentality with no significant recognition (superficial for the sake of PR) Generally all the employees last six months at the most. Always coming and going - only one out of about 14 rotating group was there even close to one year.

The interview process was easy and strieght foward, they are mainly looking for an comunicative individual to work with. The hours were flexable and easy to work with the manager
The process was very relaxed, it was my first job had a good way to earn money over the summer. I would recommend this position To other people seeking a laid-back summer job
