Interview
They emailed you a date, time and location. When I arrived, I was in a room with several other people. We were given a lecture of sorts about the company, health and food safety, and were told to pay attention as we would then be tested on it later. We then had to separate and answer multiple choice and short answer questions based on the information about working in a kitchen. Afterwards, we were taken to a kitchen and were asked individually to answer basic questions on the spot.

I don't remember the exact question, but I was asked about which colour chopping board I would use for a specific food item.
