We always strive to provide a personal touch during our recruitment process. For candidates who have had an interview with us, we ensure feedback is given through a direct phone call. The rejection emails you mentioned are only used during the CV screening stage due to the high volume of applications we receive. While we would love to provide individual feedback to every applicant at this stage, it’s unfortunately not feasible given the number of applications.
Additionally, we want to assure you that ChatGPT or any similar AI tools are not used in our recruitment process. Our email templates are designed to be professional and respectful, and based on our review, we’ve confirmed the formatting and personalization fields are functioning correctly.
