Initial call with recruiter, then with the Head of AI. Very interesting discussions around what we would do at Octopus, and about improving the AI best practices of the organisation.
Intro chat - I decided not to proceed from there. There are several technical steps. The interviewer was very put off by my not sharing my current compensation or salary range and got irritated. I get that it's their job to get that number from me, but it's mine not to share a datum that will be used against me, and it shouldn't be the cause of irritation to not easily concede.
