Four (4) 30-40 minute interviews with everyone from the recruiter, manager of the position, the head of the department and a group interview with the team this person would be working with

Nothing too difficult, just questions relating to my experience or those about the job description. None of the standard questions you usually prepare yourself for.
4 interviews were required and the pace was fairly slow. They are hiring a lot of directors right now. The salary is low though with ok benefits. Negotiate your salary.
Multiple interviews to ensure fit into team. The total process was approximately 6 weeks. Environment of high performing leaders. Be prepared with presentation skills and strategic planning. The HR executive recruiters are exceptional during this period
