Ocean Network Express interview questions

Standard 3 rounds of interview, 1 with hr, 1 with hiring manager and the team manager. There is a take home exercise to do after second round of interview. I was contacted by external headhunter, the hiring manager was nice.

It is a management associate program with multiple rounds of interview. I passed all rounds (interview with business heads and hiring managers), however after the final round with HR VP, I wasn’t selected afterwards. Find it kinda funny, I hope the decision does not come from HR VP alone.
