I was interviewed for 2 similar positions - Engineering Procurement Officer (18 months ago - Engineering Category Manager (2 weeks ago) I’m writing this review because I have serious doubts that they are actively looking to hire. It seems that they are arranging disorganized interviews just to keep an eye to the labour market. Both of these positions having been advertised constantly for nearly 2 years. There is minimal interaction during the interview. They’ll ask you to talk through your CV, then ask what you think that you will be doing and briefly present the company. The interviewer is rarely prepared to answer detailed or technical questions about the role which is a sign that they haven’t even defined the boundaries of the positions they advertise and they don’t know what they are looking for. There is no feedback whatsoever after the interview. They will not even send a rejection email if you don’t chase them for a reply. Beware, they are jokers. Perhaps do an interview to confirm the facts but don’t waste your time more than once.
