There were some general questions about implementation experience and a panel interview. The young team members didn’t seem enthusiastic and were perhaps inexperienced in interviewing. Might be a result of being a small company. They emphasised the hard work culture at the firm and staying late hours, which may put off some people due to the line of statement around that.
