I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2015
Interview
Incredibly quick interview process! Was asked more about myself, what I am looking for, what culture I would best thrive in, along with other questions about my background in the field. Had a phone interview, was brought in the next morning for an in-person interview and received an offer by the end of the day.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A good mix of behavioral and situational questions. All questions were fair and delved deep to explore if I am both a personality and skill-wise fit for the company.

Interview
I was first sent an e-mail by a recruiter to set up a time on their calendar to call them a few days after I applied online. I called them at this time and went over my background and the job for around 15 minutes. They then made me aware of the next steps. The next day I received an email asking me to come for an in person interview. We set the time and I came in for the interview. They were super informative about the job and company, and were nice and professional. At the end, they let me know when I should hear back from them. The next day, I got a phone call from the recruiter offering me the position.
