It was unorganized and inconsiderate on the executive director they made me wait almost 2 months just to shuffle me into another supervisor hands just for the recruiter to tell me they were looking to close out the position because they had a candidate no integrity or morale whatsoever

It was generic questions What do you know about the company
I went through 4 interviews. The last one had a 3 week gap in between 3 and 4. I was told I would hear from someone. That never happened until I called to follow and they told me the position was filled. I do not have a problem with them selecting another candidate however it should not take 2 months to get through an interview process only to have nobody tell you where you stand

Fast and was informed within in 2 weeks of the interview lots of trainings as well as time to shadow and go to chicago got a conference they can be a bit more direct on the events they are looking for but overall it was easy
