I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (Cleveland, OH) in May 2018
Interview
I was contacted my a recruiter and then had a phone interview with a Talent Acquisition member. I then had a formal interview with three different members of management. The two out of three interviewers were nice. None of them had resumes which I thought was odd. The one gentleman was very rude and disengaging. It was almost like he thought you were going to take his job. Or maybe he was expecting Incarnate Jesus Christ to walk through the door. Good luck. I wouldn’t work here if I was making tons of money.
I applied online. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (Elgin, IL) in May 2018
Interview
Phone interviews with recruiter and HR followed by in person interview with Outreach Director who offered me the job at the conclusion of our meeting held at local Starbucks as the new clinic was not yet open.

Question 1
How comfortable are you at community events? Tell me about your sales experience including making cold calls.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Oak Street Health
Interview
I could of told you I didn’t get the position before I went into the interview. I watched the hiring manager walk out the previous interviewee, and she was told her “we will be in contact really soon!”
My interview was very bland, the hiring manager acted as if she could care less that I was there. It was extremely unprofessional and I even thought about withdrawing my application but wanted to see if my experience proved to be right.
If you Interview here, make sure you look and act like those who work there or you won’t get the job.
