Oak Furnitureland interview questions

Phone interview for about 20 minutes with basic competence based questions. Quite basic just to get a feel of your skills and suitability for the job. If successful, you are told immediately and a date is booked at the store with the store manager for a second interview. Also basic questions and the manager is really sizing you up if she or he will be comfortable working with you.

Very positive overall but they did inflate comission expectations which when speaking to 8+ people who worked for the business they did say that these were exaggerated to sell the job to you.
