I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OYO (Berlin) in Feb 2019
Interview
I had 4 conversations with OYO. They made me an offer via Mail afterwards and asked me to start 2 days later. They were not able to provide me with a contract before taking me to Dresden on a field trip. Friday, after my first two days, the manager told me My contract would be there next week, but it would be with a third party "employment agency" that they use for expansion. There is no legal entity in Germany. This had not been shared with me before.
On Monday the Recruiter called to give me another excuse why my contract was not ready yet. Thats when I "quit".
Careful not to waste your time here.
