A friend of mine who was changing his job recommended me to substitute him. After sending my resume I was invited to take a skill test. It was a very standard personality, math and reading comprehension test similar to what you can find on the GMAT. After that round I was interviewed by a really young HHRR recruiter mainly about my resume and aspirations. Then I was interviewed by a Coordinator about some specific things about the job.
