video on phone. was only asked a few questions, was told if i thought coming from a small hospital and going to work there and thinking that I would have nothing to do. Could not be believe was told that in my interview. very unprofessional and rude. The impression I got was since I worked at a rural hospital, I would not be a good fit. It felt very condescending.
