It was multiple phone calls with many higher ups. I was approached by a recruiter who connected me with a manager to speak to about their local branch. Met with multiple people at their office and it was about an hour long meeting,

Interview
Emotional roller-coaster. 4 panels: 2 "good cop" normal, nice people, 2 "bad cop" extremely tough, bully-like, try to tear you down emotionally. At the end of the four panels you are required to give a 4 minute presentation. Dont go over time, someone in the back of the room will literally stand up and interrupt you and tell you to stop.
